      Completely Freshers Organisation

      Pros

      Old management was very good As compare to current reporting heads.

      Cons

      Company is fully occupied with freshers and interns . Lack of professional and experienced people in the organisation. No class -no communication so far among current employees. Fresher working since 4-5 years in the same organisation have become HODs now without skills. Zero work life balance. Long working hours & extra sittings.

      Pros

      Most employees are good and hardworking. They are the only reason I have given 2 stars

      Cons

      Only 8 leaves in a year - You get 2 days off for every 3 months you work. 26 working day policy - For every unpaid leave, you will lose more from your salary compared to a 30-day working policy. Favoritism and politics is rampant amongst top management Lack of proper tools to work with has been an issue

      Nothing Pros...I guess you get nothing to learn.

      Cons

      Huge Politics No Creativity Gets Very Low Salary No Increment, No Bonus, No Benefits Work Environment is very Bad Employees over there don't know anything And lots more. I recommend no one to get into this company. If you want to get yiur future spoiled then yeah, well and good...or else
