      No work-life balance. No empathy to employees. The most micromanage boss and weird management. Toxic culture. Turn over rate high, people come and go. Please please think and reconsider before you wish to step in.

      You can learnt to be independent, and tough. Just because these are the positive outcome from all the cons.

      Cons

      Terrible working environment, toxic working culture, no work-life-balance AT ALL. Management will change the rules and regulations in any single second, management will even shout to your face, not finding a solution when something happens, but blame come first. A lot of people come and go, sometimes people come in within a week will disappear, just because the vibes so wrong. Your efforts will NEVER be appreciated truly.
