      - slow growth for early career professionals (much better for PhDs or people with 20+ years of relevant industry experience) - very low base salary scales

      Faculty members with MEd qualifications were asked to sign a bond for NCTE approval that they were teaching at Bsc BEd courses, but the faculties never taught or even interacted with the students. How is this practice aligned with the vision of just equitable society? Very insecure management who micromanages each and everything that’s done
