I worked at Azimo full-time for more than a year

    Pros

I have been working for Azimo 1 year full time in the marketing team. I am eternally grateful to this company for offering me the opportunity to start my career in marketing (before I had 3 years experience in sales). Here you will learn what does it mean working in a start-up: handling pressure and feeling the direct impact of your activities on the business. You will learn a lot according to your ambitions and be... involved in discussions related to the business itself and its future. You can find very welcoming colleagues!

    Cons

I had to leave the company because I didn't have the chance to grow. Not an increase of responsibilities, no promotion on the horizon, not an increase of salary. Well, nothing to motivate me. All this despote the results I brought to the company, targets achievements and my desire to do more, My job became extremely limited and boring.

    Advice to Management

Start evaluating better your human resources, be able to distinguish the hard-workers and reward them. Last but not least: you are not choosing in the right way the managers. They can be good at their job, but their level of management or human skills is quite poor.

I have been working at Azimo

    Pros

    - smart, inspiring and dedicated people - thinking outside of the box / being unconventional - flexibility to take initiative and do stuff - young and fun atmosphere - growth stage

    Cons

The cons are more a matter of taste and preference (are Pros to me) - intense, never a dull moment - constantly changing - not for everyone - expectation to do great things - no sit back and relax attitude
