      Pros

      - amazing culture - people genuinely care about each other - a lot of opportunities to get involved in different projects - great place to learn - everyone is happy to share their knowledge with you - pretty good salaries too - the whole senior team is very approachable and always happy to have a chat

      Cons

      - can be a bit unpredictable - you have to be self motivated - for me personally that's a good thing but I know that sometimes that can lead to some opportunity for coasting - career progression paths can be a bit unclear
