      Pros

      Small office and family environment - can also be a negative. Beware

      Cons

      Salary is shorted, manager tells you that you are getting x hourly rate and then you get y. Deceptive practices all around. Also poorly managed company where stress is prevalent when it can be avoided via better communication methods. It's a Mickey Mouse, 90's company to sum it up.

      Great people!, management is very workable! it is a great work environment! It is a wonderful place for new hires that are looking to break into the industry.

      It can be stressful at times, it can be fast paced at times. The con's pale in comparison to the pro's with this company
