      Good Salaries and an opportunity to learn from people Good communication with engineers Good technology to use A reasonable holiday through the year

      Cons

      It is not a secure job so once there is no ongoing projects you might be fired Stressful job in term of the amount of work and in terms of that sometime the projects are not available so the management will try to downsize the total number of engineers as a result of that.
