Pros
Relaxed environment, if you come in to do your work they will leave you to it. If you're a good worker you'll get praise but beyond job security, there isn't much reward.
Cons
No chance for progression spent 2 years there and saw 1 person get promoted. They don't discipline well, so that can be a Con if you're a natural hard worker and someone does half the work and gets paid the same. Or it's a Pro because you can get away with idling
