It was nice place to work, something went wrong
Pros
- The engineering teams are made up of skilled, friendly and highly capable people. - Some projects and integrations can be genuinely interesting. - Good atmosphere among coworkers.
Cons
- Stronger focus on being physically present in the office rather than on actual work results. Mandatory 8.5 hours in the office with only 15 minutes of paid break time; no option to finish work from home. - Remote work must be requested in advance — no flexibility for same-day emergencies (employee or child sickness, unexpected issues). - Large number of same-day disciplinary dismissals, with many employees unaware that rules had changed and without being given a chance to improve or receive a warning. - Top-level management makes questionable decisions, and outdated processes remain in place despite lack of impact. - Entire teams were sold to outsourcing partners, with employees transferred automatically and no possibility to stay in the company by switching projects. This makes people feel as if they are being pushed out without any compensation.
