Pros

Good opportunity for freshers to start their careers. Salary is credited on time without delays. Weekend offs (Saturday and Sunday). Some KPO processes offer fixed night shifts depending on the client, so there is no rotational shift in those cases.

Cons

No work-from-home policy. Even in extreme personal situations, such as a family emergency or the loss of a parent, only two days of leave may be granted and employees are expected to return to the office immediately. No hybrid work model; employees must work from the office five days a week. Job security is uncertain. Around 45 employees were terminated after about a year due to company decisions. Salary hikes often appear to depend on favoritism rather than performance. Limited holidays. Apart from major festivals like Holi and Diwali, employees are generally required to work on other days. HR tends to support management during conflicts rather than addressing employee concerns fairly. Poor food quality in the office cafeteria. There have been complaints about hygiene (including insects found in food), but no effective action has been taken. Managers often do not approve work-from-home requests or provide the required WFH approval forms. The WFH attendance portal has technical issues with clock-in and clock-out functions. Leave policies are less generous compared to many other companies. The company invests very little in employee upskilling. Opportunities for courses or professional development are limited. Recently, the company suspended its upskilling course platform as part of cost-cutting measures
