      My experience with this company was nothing short of a nightmare. Employees in the London office were blindsided by sudden redundancies, leaving us unpaid for work we had completed and denied payment for our contractual notice periods. It was a deliberate, calculated act by the company’s leadership. The CEO was fully aware of what was happening but chose to deceive employees instead of being transparent. To make matters worse, because the company is based in Singapore, no legal recourse was available for us to recover our rightful wages. What this company did was not only unethical but also illegal, and it’s clear they exploit their international setup to avoid accountability.

      access to high impact pieces of work and projects. The chance to make an impact that you do not get in large organisations. Teamworking with smart and genuine people that care. Development every day

      Cons

      It is not for everyone. Resource shortages mean you have to do more with less at times. It can be high pressure. Ambiguity means you have to know your area of expertise and be confident to perform and succeed. BIMA is not for you if you want to hide away in a large team in a big company
