      Pros

      Timely salary is the only Pro. If you have thick skin with no interest to grow, you can join this organization and get that paycheck. I believe government org work better than this.

      Cons

      It is not BOB but subsidiary. Hiring managers and HR use BOB to lure candidates. Liars. High level of disorientation, no vision, poor response rate to internal communication, no head takes accountability, poor IT and infra. False promises. Not a place to learn as no one knows anything and doesn't let you explore too.

      Subsidiary of bank of Baroda . That's the only pros.

      Have serious doubts on the ability of md. All changes have flopped big time..Employees are unhappy. Process changes every week and every single change disrupts business and leads to frustration in employees . Every staff is contemplating changing of job.
