great exposure and project responsibility directly at client site early on, a lot of trust to enable your own development, very friendly colleagues in a collegial environment

Cons

not everything is established since company still young, need to navigate yourself on how to do things sometimes. Stronger focus on external clients, so occasionally difficult to find time with management on internal development

Lots of responsibility, lots of freedom, great people and interesting projects. Founded by partners with MBB background, the impact of our projects is clearly visible, with lots of repeat clients and trusting client relationships.

Cons

It is and remains consulting with the occasional long hours, but with a human touch.
