      If the management like you you can do whatever you want

      Cons

      Advertise flexible working, but it’s a lie. Underpaid, cold working environment, management get where they are by who they know not what they know. Won’t hire new staff, mistreat those they have, rely on experienced workers to cover for poor training with new staff
