      Ambitious culture and space to learn

      Pros

      Very ambitious company, friendly and smart team. Market leader in the space. Especially interesting if you want to learn about stablecoin payments.

      Cons

      Team is all spread out and not everyone is in the office. Unless you are based in one of the HQ cities, time together in person is limited to quarterly Offsites.

      Great environment for dynamic and fast pace builders Engineering team, culture and overall performance in general is very solid - you will learn a lot working with the team here Frequent company retreat 1-2 twice annually

      Cons

      Company politics is not loud to be fair but quite and very systemic if you pay closer attention to it Promotion or growth mostly favors those who are based in core team office locations such as UK, SA, Bulgaria etc
