Pros
Good fragrances, well some do not even last long for the price tag on them but some quality ideas behind the brand. Pay is decent.
Cons
Treat you like school children and take clienteling to a level of insanity. You are forced to be pushy with customers to get their details. It does not matter how much you make for the brand if you do not do everything they want you to or allow them to control you inside out then forget it. People leave so often the company always has new staff.
