It's hard to say - there are so many negative issues with this company that the few pros would mislead the readers.
Cons
Sr. Management is unhelpful and refuses to get involved in operations. Their systems and procedures are a mess to say the least! Their processing, underwriting, and closing departments are spread over 3 different states and is a joke. Finally, the company's culture is toxic - it has a good-ole-boy mentality.
