Pros

1. Benefits are great 2. Lots of programs for spiritual growth 3. Generous in terms of foods, sedekah & occasional free gifts to all staffs.

Cons

1. Majority (seniors) are afraid of changes. Even if new comers joining the company, they are not celebrating/welcoming new people, new ideas. 2. Limited Growth Opportunities for Younger Employees 3. Politics on the higher ups is never ending. 4. Slow Adoption of Innovation 5. Very government vibes 6. Limited Flexibility for Remote Work 7. Work is face paced but insufficient manpowers.
