Pros

Worked here for 3 months when the market was not good.

Cons

A lot! Firstly this is scam! dont fall for it. current employees are forced to write those positive reviews! If you notice them, you will understand that no one has worked here for more than 6 months Even though this company is registered in London, all the power lies in Russia. You wont get paid You will be asked to achieve unreliastic targets and then eventually they will fire you. If you are being interviewed for any role in this company, you need to ask who is the founder or CEO of this company and why his name is not mentioned on the website. Scammers!

Pros

Made some good friends from Bank4YOU. All of who are/were in the same situation as me.

Cons

This is going to be a long one, so make sure you're comfortable when reading this. First of all, I will beg you, if you're an employee and you're being interviewed for this company, or you've been offered a position, definitely take all of this into consideration what I'm about to tell you. When I was working at this company, you was not given a phone to use to make your calls, at first I thought, OK that's fine, company is trying to save costs being a start-up company. Shortly after, when they began signing into our Skype accounts and tracking how long each call was, this is when alarm bells began to ring. The targets they were giving were completely unrealistic and simply unachievable. Even though I was on an per annum salary, I was then told if I did not hit the targets, they'd begin to deduct money from my salary. Excuse me?! The salary that we were offering to our new hires was more of a junior salary, yet the positions we were trying to hire were as senior as CEO's. They showed how corrupt they were when they agreed to hire someone, they asked for this gentleman's contacts on LinkedIn to help us get the word out, once they got the information they needed, they then retracted the offer of employment. There's much more to tell. But if after reading this, you're happy to work for a company like this. Good luck to you, because you will need it.

Pros

none, there are really no benefits and you can see that from the first day

Cons

This is a Russian company first of all, although they put employees to present the company being a London one. They hire people and don't pay them, all the people are complaining at the end of the month because they don't receive money. They fire people without notice, they scream at people and don't pay respect. All positive reviews are written by their employers in Kiev, who are forced to write them.
