      No strategic direction of company, poor execution

      Pros

      - Fun operations team - Good socials (minus point below)

      Cons

      - Surprisingly stale for a company so young - No driving strategy behind company growth, changing direction every few months, making it hard to get aligned - No real execution on product roadmap because of constant back and forth on exec business decisions - Some ego-driven individuals who get power trip on their roles, overheard threatening to fire people at company social (for context - for being slightly drunk and too chatty, i would understand if different circumstances. But even if true, that conversation should be professional and in private) (unnaceptable in my opinion, doesn't create a safe space)

      C-Level weren't up to scratch.

      Pros

      Cool people Cool tech Remote Some decent managers and team leads.

      Cons

      Snake oil salespeople in product. Lots of running up a hill to complete something on time, only to find out it wasn't actually required. C level, CEO promising everything, then disappearing for a year each time. Women and mothers were the first to be let go in any wave of cuts. The guy who went on a sidequest mission to build a random mobile app, which wasted €1m, oh my god. More recently I've seen they've cut loads of tech people again, same deal, promising the sun moon and stars, assuring that there's plenty runway, they they'll be more "involved", etc. But never visible at all. Everyone at Banked: is gonna be looking for a new job at the moment.
