      None, Neither salaries, neither teams, neither office. There is nothing good about the company

      Salary on 7th of next month They cut Diwali Money from your Salary and Give it back to you on Diwali as a Bonus

      Pros

      Most of the employees are nice people.

      Cons

      Unclear, constantly changing expectations. Indian management is overbearing and chaotic, American management is an absolute joke. One manager in particular wouldn't provide any kind of guidance to his employees; preferring instead to yell at and insult you if you make a mistake. Hostile work environment is an understatement. Pay is low, benefits are nonexistent (no healthcare or 401(k) for salaried employees), no opportunities for career advancement.
