      Pros

      The management motivates engagement to everyone in the company. Their way of training will bring out one's best strategy of both working independently and collaborating in a team. Still, they have a fun and exciting way to incorporate creativity at work so there's never a dull moment. I definitely had a great time whilst working here!

      Nothing. It's all well communicated and resolved.

      Pros

      A fast-growing company, Multicultural, international team and the products are like no other on the market: Design led with inspiring fragrances. Great life-work-balance, upper management is open to new ideas and involves all levels of decision making so that you feel part of a successful business. A real family spirit which spans across all stores and HO wether in Belgium, France or London.

      The product is amazing and easy to sell.

      Cons

      The management is violent, inconsiderate, unfair, rude, irrespecutful, despising, harassing, they think anyone but them is useless and they will treat their employees like so. Everyone cries there, we are not paid on time, we can never count on our bonus even when we reach our objectives and we are asked to shut up and execute orders.
