      Pros

      Working and helping residents. Team were hard working.

      Cons

      Management are a disgrace they have their favourite. They bully staff and talk about other member of staff behind their back. They don't help when you come to them and are not approachable. They take residents side when they are in the wrong. Horrible working environment. Useless management
