Pros

Nice social culture, bacon sandwiches on Fridays and free beers, people are great, yearly trip abroad, some interesting project work and you will learn a lot

Cons

Terrible work life balance (as in non-existent), sky high turnover as people can’t handle the stress and long hours, no thanks for putting in regular 12 hour days - instead just told you need to manage your time better

Pros

Majority of people were very nice and friendly Good office location High quality work

Cons

The WORST work-life balance I have ever experienced (and I have worked in other market research companies before) Massively under-resourced hence 7pm is an early finish, had to cancel multiple after work plans and many people online past 10pm. This is expected - unaware that there is a "reward for working hard" - I personally felt staff were very under appreciated Similarly to a previous review on here, blamed for being inefficient/unproductive instead of having a ridiculous workload Unsupportive senior management with a complete disregard for wellbeing - no support when workload was flagged and clear distress was displayed Little/no onboarding training, thrown onto projects straight away without knowing the process / how to use their programmes

Pros

They pay well They promote quickly Located in central London

Cons

Team is mainly doing basic tracking work or simple qual Work is completed largely by rote Lip-service paid to staff development (see above) They win work by selling cheaply and overload individuals with projects. Far beyond what other agencies do. Partners are constantly creating new working practices or processes, largely as a means of avoiding their failings. Partners have little respect for their team. This rubs off on long-term employees. It brings out the worst in people They resent work-from-home despite claiming flexible policies during the interview process. Complete lack of a positive workplace culture despite claiming otherwise
