      paid insurance for yourself 20% discount on all services great 401k

      Cons

      cap with salary family insurance cost $580 biweekly rising yearly with no hourly raises after being capped.

      Pros

      Great benefits and management shows appreciation for workers. Most of the employees are friendly. They have a lot of fund raisers for the Heart Association.

      Cons

      The pay is insulting if you have a degree. They say the benefits compensate for it but people still have bills to pay. A couple of the schedulers are quite rude to patients and don't work and get rowdy when the boss was out of the office, making it difficult for others to work.
