Great commission and lots of guidance and training. Exciting environment to work in and great office.

Could be highly pressurised as a performance based job and need dedicated effort to succeed but the potential for yourself and the business make it well worth it.

Cons
A low percentage of success, but very rewarding for the hard work put into the job.
