Pros

The company has a friendly team, where coworkers are supportive and helpful. It offers good opportunities to learn and grow, including training programs and team-building activities. The focus on AI and software development means developers have the tools they need to do their work. The shareholders and COO are supportive, helping create a positive atmosphere.

Cons

The company uses outdated technology and lacks proper documentation, making work harder than it should be. Employees are often overworked and underpaid, with overtime expected but not paid extra. The salary promised is sometimes not delivered. The company also has a fear-based culture, where employees, especially OJTs, feel they could be fired for small things at work. The KPI system seems to be used to easily fire employees, sometimes for unfair reasons, which creates a stressful and toxic atmosphere. The CEO's behavior is a problem, too. She often shouts and publicly degrades employees, which lowers morale. The workplace also has loud and distracting music, which affects focus and team morale.

Pros

The coworkers are genuinely great. They're friendly and the only reason most people stick around.

Cons

Every negative review you've seen is gospel truth. Honestly, the 1-star rating is an act of extreme generosity; if this platform allowed for negative stars, they would be in the deep red, and they've earned every penny of that negative score. Seriously, if you have an offer, you won't regret rejecting it. - Work-Life Balance is a Joke. It simply does not exist. Excessive work hours were a routine expectation. - Unreasonable Expectations. They consistently push people past reasonable limits, mistaking excessive demands for dedication or "hard work." It's all about pushing people to "prove themselves." - The Culture is Toxic. Expect endless politics. And professionalism? That's a joke. - No Training, Just Sink or Swim. There's zero formal training. Everything is self-learning. They expect you to already know the job, and if you mess up, they are totally unforgiving and will hold it against you. - Unfair KPIs. They base everything on performance metrics that are clearly not thought out or fair, which just ramps up the pressure. - Those "Perks" are Fake. That whole "free food" thing? Yeah, that's not a thing. - Financial red flag! The biggest stress? This company has been around for 7+ years, which is past the "startup" phase, and they still can't turn a profit. That lack of fundamental business success is why they are so desperate and push their employees so hard. - Expect a stale, conservative mindset where the attempts at humor frequently miss the mark and cross into unprofessional territory.
