Pros
Some of the clients I have met along the way are amazing,you do become very close to some of them. The hours also fit around my little boy,most of the office staff are lovely
Cons
Poorly managed,mistakes within the company reflect bad on good carers like myself,over worked at times and expected to do a long run for example 23 visits a day. I ended up going off on the stress yet even when I got back I was still busy. Not necessarily the offices fault but the nature of the business however our individual needs should be taken into consideration. Manager hardly gets back to you which is very frustrating again probably because they are all too busy but still its annoying and some of the houses I visited were horrendous
