Pros
Flexible working hours and good coffee, thanks to a larger agency in the same building.
Cons
No employee benefits, and overtime is never compensated. The simplified contract model is used to avoid taxes, resulting in uncommunicated disadvantages for employees. The directors are acting with arrogance and double standards. There's significant fluctuation at lower levels, underqualified young professionals who receive insufficient mentorship.
