-Really kind, helpful and friendly staff -Very focused on innovation and product growth -Always willing to hear your ideas and offer feedback, strong sense of collaboration

-Working for a big company can bring a sense of pressure to make sure the product performs and drives huge growth, especially with stakeholders investing. However this is crucial and necessary to ensure that the company's product is successful as it needs to grow its monetisation and users in order to compete with its competitors
