      Pros

      Their placement is genuine and efficient, not like other recruiters asking for your resume/payrate and then disappear forever. They give you professional advice about the interview and pay rate expectations, I am glad I have got a great offer through Beacon Engineering Resources.

      Cons

      Some times calling a little bit earlier b/c of different time zone, but on the other side, it also means they are serious and working very hard on your placement.
