      Pros

      Some international travel (if you consider it a perk) - but always unnecessary for business needs and expected with day's notice.

      Cons

      Genuinely don't have the time to list them, incompetence at every level of the business. In a 10 person UK office, 9 people left the business within 12 months.

      Exciting company to work for, with great personal and professional opportunities. Well run and an experienced team who have been with the company for a long time.
