Pros
Beauhurst has a fantastic culture with a real focus on employee wellbeing. You're well supported in all areas of your role - from being thoroughly onboarded and genuinely given the time to learn during the onboarding process, to being encouraged to speak to different teams and get their support. The company culture is one of kindness, genuineness, transparency, cohesion and support - and this creates a fantastic environment to work within. I love being an Account Manager at Beauhurst. The team is fantastic, the role is really interesting and varied, and we're well supported, encouraged and incentivised to succeed. The team structure strikes a great balance between giving us autonomy and being supported. In addition, there's motivation within the team to continuously improve and develop our processes, and continue to learn. This has been fantastic for helping me to feel like I've learned lots in the role and developed as an Account Manager.
Cons
Nothing which I can think of.

Pros
Some friendly people and some nice benefits
Cons
They decided to hire 3 new trainee graduate BDAs and then sacked us all one by one within 3-4months, no real warning and done very insensitively. Sales team management very inexperienced and blamed the new BDAs for their whole sales team being behind on target. Do not train here for your first salez job, you will not be supported. Worst experience ive ever had with an employer.

Thanks for taking the time to write a review. We’re sorry you didn’t enjoy your experience of a target-driven role at Beauhurst, although we don’t believe this is a fair representation of what happened, or of our Sales team. Within all of our commercial teams, we work hard to make targets clear and achievable, and do everything we can to support the team in achieving them. For those within their first months of the role, this includes: daily support from their manager; a huge knowledge bank full of guidance and advice; and a friendly, lively and experienced office-based team who are always on hand to offer advice and feedback. During recent months, we have also put our entire team through extensive external training to further refine and improve how we go about selling. Our Sales managers would never blame any individual employee for the team’s overall performance, and are hugely committed to each individual’s success. This has contributed to a number of our sales team achieving incredible results, including some recent joiners who had never done a sales role before! We’re really sorry that you have been left feeling this way about your time at Beauhurst – if you would like to give us any more detailed feedback, please get in touch with us at [operations@beauhurst.com](mailto:operations@beauhurst.com).

Pros
• Freedom to contribute to the whole company - ideas always welcomed • Great product • Interesting and broad client base • Very supportive colleagues
Cons
None immediately come to mind. As with any fast-growing, "non-corporate" company, the style of work wont suit everyone. There aren't processes for everything (lots of things we're doing for the first time) so you often need to come up with these yourself.

Thanks for the lovely review! As a growing company, we love the flexibility and freedom people have to solve problems, and hopefully picking up new skills along the way!

Pros
I've been working at Beauhurst for over a year and I've loved it so far. The culture is great, the company is ambitious, and there have been lots of opportunities to take on more responsibility and progress. The culture at Beauhurst is collaborative and supportive. Everyone is always willing to help each other out, and there's a real sense of community. You feel like you're really making a difference.
Cons
Need's to continue to listen to your employees on how to improve. With any start-up there will always be teething problems

Pros
Sociable culture, hardworking colleagues and interesting product
Cons
Because it is growing so quickly, there is often no precedent set so you feel like you're making things up as you go along - not necessarily a bad thing
Beauhurst Response6mo
Thanks for the kind review! We love our culture and how driven everyone is to make us succeed. We think that growing quickly definitely presents some challenges, but it’s equally exciting too!

Pros
- Strong Team - Inclusive culture - Supportive Management - Driven Development, often learning on your feet - Feel keen ownership over my work - Good Business outlook, well-managed development
Cons
- Office isn't central can be frustrating
Beauhurst Response6mo
Thanks for leaving such a lovely review! We love our culture and that everyone here can drive their own development. We know Brixton isn’t quite as convenient as central London, but we try to make our offices as nice as possible to make your trip feel more worthwhile. On top of that, our hybrid working policy also means that you don’t have come in everyday if you do live further away!
