Endured a near year long campaign of gang bullying and gaslighting that was orchestrated by the "higher ups" and carried out by their staff.
If you are experienced and good at sales with track record you will be bullied, and lied about because the management are weak , inexperienced and insecure.
Constantly reprimanded for the other staff's appalling behaviour.
Abused by a "female" member of staff constantly in front of the whole office after I rejected her advances and guess who was screamed at by the CMO and his staff. Any man even approaching this "woman's" behaviour would have been fired immediately and probably prosecuted.
Of course she was egged on by the management and their pets.
I suspect it is only a matter of time before this place causes a suicide.
One of the associate directors called me an untrained dog for reclining the back of my chair. He then tried to adjust the chair whilst I was sat in it when I made it clear this was unacceptable the CMO came out of his office screaming at me.
Told I needed putting down by one of the management pets.
Constantly abused for being thin.
Management and particularly the CMO were constantly poking their noses into peoples' private lives and personal business.
On joining you are asked to fill out a piece of paper saying where you live, who you live with and other questions and then pin it up on the notice board in the Kitchen. This is just weird-I declined .
One of the management's pets turned up reeking of alcohol on more than one occasion.
Bullied and abused for politely declining to engage in a secret Santa.
One "woman" repeatedly asked me for adult relations despite me saying no on several occasions - I go to work to earn money and nothing else.
I was then loudly accused of being homosexual by this woman and the management and pets for declining her sexual advances. I am not homosexual and see nothing wrong with being homosexual but someone's sexuality is no business of any one at work.
Another "woman" told me to put my hand in my trousers and see if I had any because I rejected the other woman's advances. Now you don't need me to tell you that no man would ever get away with behaviour like that at work.
So as you can see this company engages in gender based discrimination.
This place absolutely beggars belief and this is just a small snap shot of what I endured.
Avoid at all costs.
The worst place I have ever worked.
