Forward thinking, innovative, great benefits. Leadership cares and they are open minded to change. Great place to work.
Cons
No organization is perfect and there is one department that is hard to work with. It's because they care about what they produce, but being so difficult to work with makes it hard to provide feedback and collaborate.

I really enjoy working in the development team at Bend. They are some of the most talented individuals I have worked with. The work is interesting and the team is left to do what they need to in order to meet the objectives of the business. Great work life balance as well.
