      Part-time technically pays more per hour than salaried. Just less hours.

      Cons

      No real training for teaching materials from Middle School to Adults levels. Work on Saturdays.

      Having a Japanese teacher assistant is a big help, and they have an excellent training system. Hourly salary is not bad too...
