      Pros

      - Nice corporative culture - Great innovative product (at least it was 6 months ago) - Nice and friendly team events - Professional and kind analytics team - Though entrance selection - Internship program

      Cons

      - Low salaries - Awful benefits. Really bad medical insurance for insurtech company - Obsolescent technological stack - Really high staff turnover - it's easier to get you sacked and find another new specialist rather than try to retain you - No professional growth: no paid courses, no budgets for education/self-education at all - Funders personality cult (don't even ask)
