      Executive Leadership is Lacking and Company Vision is Inconsistent

      Pros

      -benefits -ability to build solutions from the ground up, rather than working within a lot of current processes -my peers were all very kind, wonderful people

      Cons

      -limited resources -limited budget -lots of projects that ended up never taking off because executive leadership changes their mind rapidly, resulting in hours and effort lost -unclear direction and goals from leadership, which caused projects to shape differently than expectations (which were never communicated) -lack of respect from managers to their direct reports -high attrition

      Pros

      If you want to be part of a new healthcare provider experience where Priority # 1 is improved patient care and experience, Better Health is the company to work with. You are a part of the improvement process, and make a difference. Continual up training to take care of the patient first and foremost, created from team input. All voices are heard and respected. Most appreciative leadership and coworkers!
