UNFAIR COMPENSATION

Pros

Full Autonomy with client work They deal with all the paperwork involved with a subscription and supply clients. At first, when you start with BH,They supply a lot of clients, which takes a lot of getting used to,then, after 8-10 months, they stop supplying so many,so your income can go from a grand a week,to £200-£300,which is really scary.

Cons

They don't pay the Therapist when a client doesn't show up,they still get paid because the client has paid for a subscription, but they don't pay the Therapist?Everyone complains about this being really unfair, they don't seem to listen If a client doesn't show up 3 weeks in a row, then BH pay a very small percentage to the Therapist,I think this is absolutely shocking. They give every Therapist on the platform free Therapy, which makes up for the above,a little bit

Low pay and dim communication

Recommend

Business outlook

Pros

Flexible schedule A flow of referrals to start with

Cons

The pay is very low and they make you communicate with clients every 3-4 days even if the clients don't want to hear from you in-between the sessions. If you don't do it, you will get lots of "Action overdue" warnings and then your account will be suspended. They will then tell you it's been released but it's not true, you will be put in a "black list" and not get any referrals for days.

Terrible

Recommend

Business outlook

Pros

Work from home, flexible schedule

Cons

Unethical, given clients that are not suitable for an online platform, unfair compensation due to no shows, after you have been there for awhile they are looking to recruit new counsellors, so you don't get any new referrals, not worth it.
