No upper management support beyond Store Manager, especially if not a Gopuff store yet…even though the Corporate office is right in Concord Lack of accountability since Gopuff took over No work life balance now that most Store Managers are salary

Upper management, workload, always short handed, absolutely no COVID protocols even though they say they care they don’t. Gopuff is killing BevMo it’s only a matter of time before either BevMo closes for good or changes the names on the buildings to Gopuff

Ever since gopuff bought out the company it's gone downhill. Crazy people with no security guards, incompetent managers with even worse dms. The theft is out of this world. You would think what you could pay a guard would recoup what walks out the door but they decide to redistribute it to upper management and the restructure of the whole company every three months and fire the people that have been there for many, many years

The corporate side is clueless as to how to maintain a happy and productive sales force. The premise of the business feels like it is constantly shifting, with in store sales and online sales shifting in priority throughout the year. Employees are considered to be expendable, leading to lack of product knowledge, lack of training and poor following of daily procedures. Even store managers seem to be expendable, though they are not replaced quickly enough leading to some locations having absolutely zero oversight. Most other employees I dealt with saw the company as a hinderance to its own growth. Last but not least, many stores feel like unsafe environments, with theft extremely high, lack of security and a felt lack of care of those that work in store.

The priority of GoPuff was too much. There was no real balance of managing customers, load, and online orders.
