      near location, coworker staff good

      Cons

      No increase annually Theseses or so-called bosses ensure you pray for your annual increase. You will still pray for salary increases over 2-3 years, even though you're an exprience perosn. Either you still beg or these people torment you, make sure that you resign individually

      Small firm. Helpful colleagues. Management is ears to employee concerns.

      Cons

      burden ful if you take ownership of work. Laid-offs are common. Low support to employees coming from outside the city. Employee concerns are heard but not attended to.

      Salaries never on time. Always having difficulty of funds. No security at all. Very partial towards certain fixed employees.
