      Love my colleagues - it really is the people that make Bizzdesign great. I work with so many clever, stimulating people - real thought leaders in the EA space - it is inspiring! Great work life balance - you work hard and excel in your role but there is also the understanding that you have a life outside of work too. Great tools and access to the latest technology to ensure that I am successful in my role. Flat reporting structure - you can get access and facetime with the Leadership team. Our product is the most sophisticated EA software on the market

      Sometimes working from home can be a little isolating - zoom calls are not the same as connecting in real life

      Pros

      At Bizzdesign you'll work with smart, dedicated people using some of the latest technologies. The company is expanding rapidly, giving lots of opportunities to its employees.

      Cons

      New CEO is destroying what was a great work culture, and many senior people in the company are white, middle-aged men. A new CEO and more diverse leadership team would make this a great place to work.
