Join as one of the initial employees of the company. Other than product idea, there is nothing great
Cons
- Unprofessional environment. The boss always shouts at employees. - False promises, no HR policies. The number of working days changed from 5 to 6 without any prior notice. - Employees have to keep asking for their salary every month. -Boss deducts the salary without even giving any feedbacks. In fact many times he calculated wrong salary and employees have to keep asking for the remaining amount. - There has been a consistent pattern that none of the employees received the last one month salary when they quit the company even after serving complete notice period.
