Pros
1. Good environment, great friends equal great team. 2. Competitive salary 3. Pro-rate overtime fee, your overtime fee depends on how much is your salary, not flat-rate in which case, might be depressing 4. Flexible working hours, yeah of course we get the job done 5. CMO gave the team freedom to be creative, we literally having fun making creative contents, some of them went up hills, this enhance your skill and packed up an updated skill set. CMO also give us independency to explore, I have collaborate with CMO for our Brand Guidelines, exploring new style that suites the market and business model (at that time).
Cons
1. Uncertain business model, 2 years being in the company, few times changing model and product, we started as "Celebrity on Demand" platform, google "Cameo" if y'all readers want to know more about this. 2. Confused management, they seem does not know what to do with their own company, leading to company not getting new investor, which also means to a few waves of layoffs including critical position, oh yeah that is also me as well if anyone wondering. 3. I gave 3-stars because of these 2 cons, sorry.
