Cons
Its currently ran by 2 people who don't care about anyone but themselves. You cant make a mistake or you are marked and put on the "naughty list" and will be targeting to be removed from the company, no matter how small the mistake is. Good work, hard work and dedication goes unnoticed. Very little appreciation from the top, for people who are working to the bone. Micromanaging if rife.
