Pros

Good pay, Free lunches, Work/life balance

Cons

Management and communication, not what the job advertised, I was bullied into thinking my job role was something else when in my interview i was told it was everything i had done previously and was in my skill set to do so. I was 'dismissed' without no notice, or a valid reason, considering i'd only worked there 3 weeks. Management are absolutely vile i have never met more ignorant people. DO NOT WORK HERE!! no one seems to know what they are doing and there is no training or organization even though training was promised, VILE company and VILE managers, you are better off looking elsewhere trust me. The only 'good reviews' are from current staff haha.

Pros

Free Lunch. Great coworkers (although few manage to stay for more than a few months)

Cons

Awful management. Bullying behaviour. Lies and false promises. I could never recommend that anybody does work with or for this company. You cannot trust anything they say.

Pros

There are no pros whatsoever

Cons

I am posting my review on Glassdoor as it keeps being removed along with many other negative reviews from indeed.com. Staff turnover was unbelievably high in the time I was there. Management not listening to staff even when presented with evidence and reason. Concerted effort to pit staff against each other at all costs, with teamwork and communication seeming to be actively discouraged. No professional development opportunities. It is as if, in their eyes, development of their staff is not worth the investment People are used rather than grown within the company and then discarded. Witnessed staff crying and being screamed at, bullying is commonplace an there is a general climate of fear, with people being frequently fired. Equipment it generally not up to scratch with the tasks being requested as part of day to day duties with a lot of equipment being second hand, old and/ or too low a spec. It's is a stressful, unpleasant and mentally and emotionally exhausting workplace. With management micromanaging all activities, even those outside their areas of expertise. Deadlines are not communicated or are changed on a whim without staff being informed, who are then reprimanded when the unknown deadlines are not met. The business is disorganised and there is a lack of vision or direction from management an is the antithesis of what is portrayed on social media. This is not a good place to work, it is not even a terrible place to work, it is a truly abhorrent place to work and I would not recommend it to even my worst enemy.
