CEO/owner is a panic-er. All decisions are made on slack and the ceo/owner hates emails because he does not want a paper trail to be held accountable. There has been over 7 controllers in the last 3 years, and for a small company, over 25 employees have resigned or been fired due to terrible work culture; micromanagement, ceo speaks to you through other employees so he does not look like the bad guy, and you are always interrupted to do admin work which prevents you from doing actual work! This place is a revolving door, becareful!
