      Great people to work with and the organization is growing and has exciting plans for the future

      Cons

      Very busy because of growth but there are plans to build more infrastructure to handle the growth

      Pros

      Food and snacks (which you pay for by working overtime for free). work remote a couple days a week for some departments.

      Cons

      CEO/owner is a panic-er. All decisions are made on slack and the ceo/owner hates emails because he does not want a paper trail to be held accountable. There has been over 7 controllers in the last 3 years, and for a small company, over 25 employees have resigned or been fired due to terrible work culture; micromanagement, ceo speaks to you through other employees so he does not look like the bad guy, and you are always interrupted to do admin work which prevents you from doing actual work! This place is a revolving door, becareful!

      Not much pros rather than the fact they will hire you, doesn't matter what skills you posses. Pay is kinda okay too

      Bad working hours No way of improvement Management almost non-existent
