      Been here two and a half years. I’ve seen Bitbash grow, stall, pivot, and bounce back. We’ve got a deep work setup—actual library rules. No phones, no random chatter. Just you and the thing you’re building. There've been crunch times and unexpected project shifts. But it helps you grow up professionally.

      Pros

      Not gonna lie, I didn’t expect much when I joined. Figured it was just another job. Same old routine, but I was wrong. The vibe here is super chill; no weird politics, no fake hustle. People genuinely help each other you can literally DM the CEO and he’ll reply himself. No endless meetings. Just quick Slack messages and clear updates. You’re not asked to “look busy” —you just get stuff done. The bonuses (usually 30k to 40k, depending on your performance) are a nice touch. Ended up liking the place way more than I thought. It’s low ego with high output and that’s a rare combo.

      Toxic Env Toxic management Want you to work hard without understanding. Wrong deadlines so they can exploit you 12 hours a day even on weekends , frequently.
