-Contractor roles are not exactly contractor roles, a lot of micromanaging, and contractors are asked to attend a full-time job, therefore, I was not a contractor, this was a full-time role for me. -Team leads are not exactly well prepared to attend team issues, they are indeed good workers, but not leaders. -Management goes from absent to inexistent when you needed them. -They lie about their roles and how they describe them, at first they promise you that you would not be on a regular call center work, it is a regular call center job, maybe worst than that. -Payment is a joke, they take advantage of third world countries where they think life is cheap (it is not) to pay below what a human being with a little decency should earn.
