The small amount of work you get done before you are fired.
Cons
This company hire and fire people like it's going out of fashion. You are given instructions by a member of leadership, the CEO in my case, if you deviate or try to be creative or don't deliver it as instructed, you are fired. No communication. No onboarding. No culture. No recognition. No constructive feedback. Nothing. It's a bizarre experience that should be avoided.
